Henri Willig is a fast-growing independent livestock farmer, cheese producer, retailer and exporter that has been successful in the exclusive cheese segment since 1974. Henri Willig has a strong position in the national and international market for Dutch cheese and organic cheese specialities. The total organisation comprises a livestock farm, 2 cheese dairies, 39 shops in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria, a Grand Café and a Webshop.

Every day, more than 500 employees put all their knowledge, energy and passion into serving our customers all over the world. And everyone is welcome to work or do an internship with us, from 14 years to 65 . Did you know that Henri Willig now employs 46 nationalities?

Entrepreneurial Waterland has named our director Wiebe Willig Entrepreneur of the Year 2025. A wonderful boost for our family business Henri Willig, where, with more than 500 passionate colleagues in three countries, we bring the tastiest cheese to consumers worldwide every day. The innovative cheese maker from Katwoude was praised by the jury for his strong entrepreneurship with guts, vision and perseverance. His contribution to the local economy and community, pioneering role in sustainability and focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction were also praised by the reviewers.

Are you looking for an energetic retail internship at MBO 2 or MBO 3 level? In combination with a part-time job, holiday job or eventually a permanent job? Welcome to Henri Willig, where customer contact is fun! Would you like to join our team and learn a lot as a retail specialist (level 3) or retail employee (level 2)?
