Last year our Grand Café Henri Willig opened its doors in Giethoorn. Grand Café Henri Willig is part of the Henri Willig Group. The Henri Willig Group, also known for its organic Hooidammer cheeses, is a fast-growing, independent cheese maker, exporter and retailer that has been successful in the exclusive cheese segment since 1974. Quality, sustainability and innovation are our top priorities. More than 500 members of our Cheese Family are involved every day in making our award-winning cheeses, which we deliver daily to our customers in more than 50 countries as well as in our 37 own shops and 3 cheese farms. So now we also have a catering operation in Giethoorn!
As an independent working chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that appeal to both individual guests and groups. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to put together the menu and tailor it to the wishes of our guests. You can work 3 4 or 5 days a week.
