Our organisation is developing rapidly, giving our ICT team more and more information technology challenges. With activities in production, logistics, B2B sales and retail, we offer a wide range of work and projects. Several ambitious IT projects are planned in the coming years to further strengthen our organisation.
Our ICT team consists of six experienced and dedicated colleagues in positions such as Application/Network Administrator, Business Analyst, System Administrator/IT Support Engineer and Application Developer. Together, we work daily to improve business processes and the continuity of our IT environment. In this position, you will report directly to the ICT Manager.
What will you do?
- System administration - Installing, updating and optimising systems (Windows/Linux), virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solution (Azure/Intune).
- Network Management - Configure, maintain and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- IT Support - Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line support for end-user technical issues.
- Issue and manage laptops and mobile phones.
- Security - Implementing cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention.
- Troubleshooting - Analysing and resolving system and network problems to minimise downtime.
- Software management - Installing and managing applications.
- Documentation - Maintaining IT manuals, network and system architecture, configurations and incident reports.
- Collaboration - Working with IT teams and external vendors to execute projects and upgrades.

- Flexible and dynamic attitude to (breakdown) work at various shop locations, also inicidentally outside regular office hours. In connection with the opening of new shops abroad, you may spend a few days a year working at foreign locations.
- You are in possession of a B-driving licence and own transport.
- Willing to take responsibility and keep your knowledge up to date.
- You put a smile on the end user's face!
