Our organisation is developing rapidly, giving our ICT team more and more information technology challenges. With activities in production, logistics, B2B sales and retail, we offer a wide range of work and projects. Several ambitious IT projects are planned in the coming years to further strengthen our organisation.

Our ICT team consists of six experienced and dedicated colleagues in positions such as Application/Network Administrator, Business Analyst, System Administrator/IT Support Engineer and Application Developer. Together, we work daily to improve business processes and the continuity of our IT environment. In this position, you will report directly to the ICT Manager.

What will you do?

  • Setting up and maintaining workplace equipment.
  • Remote & on-site management of the ICT environment at user level.
  • First point of contact for user questions regarding hardware and applications.
  • Providing and managing laptops and mobile phones.
  • Registering, monitoring and resolving incidents.
  • Escalating second- and third-line incidents as required.
  • Supporting IT problems at office, production and shop locations.
  • Manage user management in (Azure) Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Optimise checkout software and manage its deployment.
  • Active participation in IT projects.
