What will you do as shop manager?

• Together with your team, you will offer our guests a great time in the shop and work with all other shop activities to create a "we-feel" in the shop.
• You coach, moderate and inspire your team members to bring out the best in themselves and develop within the team and the company.
• You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence.
• You ensure that you and your team monitor and promote the Cheese & More by Henri Willig business concept.
• Finally, you are the point of contact for colleagues and external parties, you are responsible for a piece of local entrepreneurship and you ensure that all (administrative) purchasing processes run smoothly.

You are responsible for the shop's results and are the point of contact for the regional manager and colleagues from other departments.

We are looking for a store manager

• who preferably has experience in a similar management position in a company and/or work environment where hospitality plays an important role.
• with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible attitude, great sense of responsibility and a positive critical eye.
• who can coach, develop, inspire and delegate and can create a positive, energetic environment in which all team members go through fire for each other.
• who has a passion for retail, tourism and delicatessen. can convey this passion as a true brand ambassador, both in-store and also, in collaboration with marketing, online with various product and shop promotions.
• who has an eye for retail, is creative and can make the necessary decisions and improvements through his analytical approach.
• who speaks excellent German and English and preferably a second foreign language.
• who is flexible. You are available six days a week, of which you usually work four or five days (working hours are between 10 am and 8 pm).
