What will you do?

• Together with your team, you provide our guests with a great time in the shop and cooperate with all other shop activities, creating a 'us feeling' in the shop.
• You coach, facilitate and inspire your team members so that they get the most out of themselves and develop further within the team and the company.
• You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence.
• Finally, you are the shop's point of contact for colleagues and external parties, you are responsible for a piece of local entrepreneurship and you ensure that all (administrative) shop processes run smoothly.
• By doing the above with dedication and in your own way, your team achieves results that both you and the company are proud of!

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• has experience in a similar leadership role
• has excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude, a high sense of responsibility and a positive critical outlook
• can coach, develop, inspire and delegate and knows how to create a positive, energetic setting in which all team members go through fire for each other.
• has a passion for retail and/or gastronomy
• has an eye for commerce, is creative and knows how to take the necessary decisions and implement improvements through his or her analytical view.
• speaks excellent English and can manage well in a foreign language (you do not have to be fluent in the languages concerned but you should be able to manage well in conversation).
• wants to work at least 1 weekend day.

• an excellent, market-based salary within the collective labour agreement for the food industry (€2,700- €3,300) gross monthly salary on a full-time basis)
