As Store Manager at Cheese & More by Henri Willig in Frankfurt, you will be ultimately responsible for a premium shop concept in an international, tourist environment. You will lead a team, manage results and monitor the quality of guest experience, service and presentation. You will do this within a stable, international family business where respect for people, animals and nature is central.
You will have room to do business within a clear retail concept, take responsibility and develop yourself further. Your leadership visibly makes a difference - for the team, the guests and the brand.
What will you do as store manager?
- You are responsible for the daily management of the shop and the team, focusing on guest experience, quality and commercial results.
- Together with your team, you create a professional, warm working atmosphere in which cooperation, ownership and fun are central.
- You coach and develop employees, encourage them to take responsibility and ensure stable staffing, also during your absence.
- You actively monitor and promote the Cheese & More by Henri Willig concept to guests, colleagues and external partners.
- You are the point of contact for local collaborations, suppliers and internal departments and contribute to local entrepreneurship within clear frameworks.
- You manage results (e.g. turnover, service and team development) and report to the regional manager.

Wij zoeken een storemanager die
- ervaring heeft in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail, hospitality of een vergelijkbare gastgerichte omgeving;
- beschikt over sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt;
- mensen kan coachen, ontwikkelen en motiveren, en tegelijkertijd duidelijk en besluitvaardig is;
- passie heeft voor retail, toerisme en premium food, en deze weet over te brengen als merkambassadeur — in de winkel én in samenwerking met marketing;
- analytisch en commercieel denkt en verbeterkansen herkent en doorvoert;
- vloeiend Duits en Engels spreekt (een extra taal is een pré);
- bereid is om flexibel te werken binnen een vast winkelrooster. Je werkt vier of vijf dagen per week binnen de openingstijden van 10.00 tot 20.00 uur.
