Sales assistant Cheese & More by Henri Willig Dam in Amsterdam (32 hours)
In our bustling shops in Amsterdam, we welcome visitors from all over the world and introduce them to our delicious cheeses and delicacies in a surprising way. Can you make sure they leave our shop with a smile and a unique experience? We are looking for a colleague for 32 hours of course you are flexible to also work a weekend day every week.
What will you do as a retail salesperson:
- Proactively and sales-oriented advising customers with a smile!
- Presenting the range and company with enthusiasm through Storytelling and letting customers taste our delicious premium cheeses.
- Contributing to the shop's appearance through cleaning duties and other operations.
- Replenishing shelves and responsibilities such as checkout work, making packages, filling shelves, cheese blocks for the tasting tables, and so on.
Do you recognise yourself in this?
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, proactive and a team player.
- Good command of English (other languages are a plus).
- Living in Amsterdam or within 30 minutes travel time from Amsterdam CS.
- Physically in good shape to lift crates and place cheese in storage and shelves
- If you have experience in hospitality, tourism or retail, this is a nice bonus!
What do we have to offer you?
- A salary between €2661 and €3325 gross per month (based on full-time employment), in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the food industry, plus travel allowance and 50% Sunday allowance.
