Sales assistant Cheese & More Halfweg (side job/student/scholar)

The approximately 100 shops with an exclusive mix of international and Dutch top brands offer visitors a beautiful new shopping experience. At Cheese & More, we introduce our visitors from all over the world to our delicious cheeses and delicacy products. Visitors are also very curious about the origins of our products. Will you make sure they leave our shop with a smile and an experience richer? As a Sales Assistant, you can work weekends, holidays and weekdays. Part-time 16 - 24 hours or on a flexible basis, e.g. in combination with school or study.
What will you do?
- advising customers proactively and sales-oriented
- presenting the product range and letting customers taste cheese by means of storytelling
- cleaning and performing other activities that contribute to the shop's appearance
- restocking the shelves in the shop
- opening and closing the shop
Who are you?
- You preferably have retail experience in an environment where proactive and sales-oriented advice is highly valued. If you have a different background and are still convinced that the job suits you, we also look forward to receiving your application.
- You are enthusiastic and positive
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English (command of additional foreign languages is an advantage).
- You are customer-oriented, proactive and a team player.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude and a great sense of responsibility.
- You are willing to work weekends (at least 1 day) and public holidays.

- An excellent salary of between €2661 and €3225 gross per month in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the food industry, plus reimbursement of travel expenses
