In June 2023, I started as restaurant/location manager in our new Grand Cafe in Giethoorn. A totally different concept within the Henri Willig Group but with our cheese as an important ingredient of unique dishes and of course an "in-house" cheese shop. In addition, we also have our own canal boat gondola which allows us to offer a complete Giethoorn - Henri Willig experience to our guests. I have a background in hospitality including as F&B Manager at Landall, Restaurant Manager vd Valk Emmeloord. This experience and knowledge come in handy when building an optimal team with permanent and flexible (seasonal) employees. We are certainly open to multiple nationalities.
