In June 2023, I started as restaurant/location manager in our new Grand Cafe in Giethoorn. A totally different concept within the Henri Willig Group but with our cheese as an important ingredient of unique dishes and of course an "in-house" cheese shop. In addition, we also have our own canal boat gondola which allows us to offer a complete Giethoorn - Henri Willig experience to our guests.
