Then this position as Internal Sales Representative at Henri Willig is for you!

What will you do?

No two days are the same! Sometimes you help a new customer in France with his first cheese order, other times you support your webshop colleagues with consumer requests. You work closely with Account Managers and ensure the highest quality of service. Your tasks include:

  • Proactively maintain customer contacts.
  • Execute market development plans to achieve commercial targets.
  • Support the Account management for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Daily efficient and adequate order processing.
  • Identifying and implementing structural improvements in the sales process.

Who are you?

You are commercial, communicatively strong and accurate. In addition, you possess:

  • A completed HBO education in Commercial Economics, International Business & Languages or a similar direction.
  • Preferably experience in a commercial, international environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, German is an advantage.
  • Ability to keep an overview, also in stressful situations.
