Due to the growth of our company and the resulting activities for the new Henri Willig Experience, we are looking for a new colleague in Technical Service.
In this position, after an extensive induction period, you will take care of mechanical, electro-technical, pneumatic, control-technical and hydraulic malfunctions and defects. Thanks to your efforts, we will implement various improvements to our process equipment, all processes related to cheese making will always take place and you will optimise the production capacity. If you have an affinity with (programming) PLCs, you can follow a course for this. You are part of a team of three TDs and report to the Head of Technical Services. You can work 4 or 5 days in this position.
What will you do?
- Fixes, in consultation with production, malfunctions and defects by final repair or makes emergency arrangements for the benefit of the progress of the production process.
- Carries out maintenance and repair work in the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, control and hydraulic fields.
- Carries out technical improvements in consultation with the Chief Technical Officer.
- Performs periodic inspections, assesses the state of maintenance and reports findings to the Chief Technical Officer and incorporates this into the maintenance plan.
- Manages the technical warehouse and makes necessary orders so that required materials and parts are available at all times.
- Places and connects equipment and installations.
- Supports external installation companies and suppliers in commissioning and testing new equipment and installations.
- Supports production staff (where necessary) in commissioning and reconfiguring production and packaging equipment.
Who are you?
- You have preferably had an all-round TD function at MBO3/4 level
- You are (of course) technically skilled, eager to learn, proactive and a great new colleague with two right hands!
