Will you help tell us what it's like to be part of the Henri Willig Cheese Family?

At Henri Willig, it's about more than cheese. It is about connecting people, sharing stories and creating experiences - for our guests and for our colleagues. As marketing & communications intern employer branding, you will help us bring that story to life in the job market.

What will you do (and learn) :

During your internship, you will collaborate on online and offline employer branding campaigns and projects and support our campus recruitment. You will look through the glasses of the brand and translate our cheese culture into appealing communication for (future) colleagues within various target groups.

Specifically, you will work on:

  • Contributing to employer branding campaigns (online & offline)
  • Creating content for social media, website and vacancies (text, images, video)
  • Collecting and elaborating stories from colleagues in shops and cheese factories
  • Supporting campus recruitment (events, collaborations with schools, internships)
  • Thinking along about how we let young people experience what it is like to work at Henri Willig
  • Help with onboarding and recruitment tools that fit our Cheese Family

You will work closely with marketing, HR and recruitment and get a lot of space for your own ideas.

Who are you?

  • You are following an MBO4 or HBO education in marketing, communication, media, HR or commercial direction
  • You are interested in employer branding, job market communication and brands
  • You enjoy telling stories and connecting people
  • You are creative, curious and not afraid to take initiative
  • You communicate easily and enjoy working together
  • Affinity with hospitality, food or experience is a plus (but not a must)

What do we offer?

  • An instructive internship at an international family business with a strong brand
  • Lots of freedom to explore, try and learn
  • Real responsibility and visible impact
  • Guidance that matches your learning goals
  • Working in an organisation that values hospitality, respect and teamwork
  • An internship where you do not "walk along", but really participate
