Logistics/Production team leader

What will you do?

• Coaching and instructing your team members in such a way that they can function properly;
• Holding work consultations with your team members to ensure that the entire team is on the same page;
• Making staff planning and all relevant logistics planning;
• Coordinating work in the warehouse and packaging department;
• Managing and executing the entire interview cycle with your team members (from target interview to appraisal) to ensure their optimal development;
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities;
• Monitoring good warehouse condition;
• Signalling good progress and quality of processes;
• Managing the technical maintenance logbook and submitting moments for maintenance;
• Implementing standards and requirements for quality and data management;
• Assisting on the production floor as required.

Do you recognise yourself in this?

• You master the Dutch language
• Preferably experience in a comparable Team Leader or 1st Operator position (Food environment is a plus but not a must)
• You can work well with a wide variety of characters and levels
• Optimistic, looking for improvements and quality-conscious

• A position classified in scale 7 of the Dairy CLA (€4,088 - €5,026 including 21.09% shift bonus, excluding end-of-year bonus) gross per month based on 36 hours.
