HRM Trainee (Employer Branding / Onboarding / MTO)
Minimum 16 and maximum 40 contract hours per week
For our HRM department at our head office in Katwoude (near Amsterdam), we are immediately looking for a 3rd or 4th year MBO-4 or HBO Intern (part-time or full-time internship and/or graduation assignment)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to strengthen our HR department by optimising our onboarding and creating inspiring content. Your mission: making new colleagues feel welcome from day one, and taking our employer branding to the next level, especially aimed at Gen Z. You will work on challenging projects and get the freedom to put your creative ideas into practice.
What will you do (and learn) :
Onboarding Optimisation / Employee Satisfaction Survey:
- Evaluate and improve the onboarding process for new employees.
- Developing interactive (video) content, such as e-learnings, that welcome and introduce new employees to the company in an approachable way.
- Creating a "first day journey" in which new colleagues are guided step by step, both online and physically.
- You are responsible for conducting our employee satisfaction survey among all our employees. You process the answers to our survey into a report.
Employer Branding for Gen Z:
- Create engaging content for our "Working at" page and social media channels to showcase the culture, values and career opportunities within our company.
- Develop engaging posts and short videos for TikTok, Instagram and other channels specifically aimed at appealing to the Gen Z target audience.
- Thinking along and helping execute campaigns and actions to increase our visibility and attract young talent.
Collaboration & Project management:
- Working closely with colleagues from HR, Henri willig Academy and Marketing to strengthen the employer branding and onboarding strategy.
- Organising creative brainstorming sessions and coordinating projects to achieve our goals.
Who are you?
You are pursuing a mbo or hbo degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Media, or similar.
- You have an affinity with social media and know what works to reach Gen Z.
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas to take our employer branding to the next level.
- A real team player, but also able to run projects independently.
- Experience with content creation, such as video creation and editing, is a plus.
