Financial administrative assistant (24 hours)

24 Contract hours per week
Do you and your colleagues ensure that our financial administration always runs like clockwork - and do you get energy from improvement? Then we would like to meet you. We are open to both talented financial starters and an experienced accountant / financial employee who wants to use their knowledge to ensure quality, make processes smarter and help colleagues grow.
At the Henri Willig Group, we work professionally with warmth. We like clear agreements, a good atmosphere and administration that is right. At the same time, we are constantly developing: we actively seek improvements, tackle new challenges and grow with the organisation. In recent years, for instance, we have started up, set up and added the administrations in Germany and Austria to our regular work. This building and improvement mentality suits this role.
What will you do?
Your work will be varied and you will be broadly applicable within financial administration. Think about:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
- Cash control and processing of cash, bank and memorandum entries
- Partly responsible for the monthly and year-end closing of both the Dutch and various foreign administrations
- Initiating and implementing (work) process improvements
- Picking up new activities and projects that come your way (and that you enjoy taking on)
Who are you?
You like an overview, work accurately and like things to be well organised. In addition:
- You have knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes
- English and Dutch are required; German is an advantage
- You have a fast learning curve, work accurately, keep an overview and are flexible in your work
- You take cooperation for granted and have an eye for improvement
- You have a completed MBO education or a (nearly) completed HBO education in a financial-administrative direction
What do we offer?
You will have a role with substance, responsibility and room to build - within a team that works professionally and has an eye for each other.
- A competitive salary in the range of € 2,844 - € 3,672 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience), plus travel expenses and/or a bicycle plan.
Does your experience fit just outside this range, but do you think you fit in perfectly in terms of content? We would be happy to look at the possibilities within the total employment conditions package. - Hybrid working: up to 50% working from home, as long as the work allows it (in consultation)
- Prospect of a permanent position
- A job in which you work with nice, dedicated colleagues
- A lot of personal responsibility and room to think along and take initiatives
- Development opportunities through our Henri Willig Academy
- Cosy company parties and team outings
