For over 50 years, Henri Willig has been the specialist in artisanal cheeses, made with passion and craftsmanship. From our production sites in Katwoude and Heerenveen, we supply our cheeses worldwide to wholesalers, premium supermarkets and other business customers. Our brand is known for quality, innovation and a strong international appeal.
As a Content Marketing employee, you play a key role in creating and optimising inspiring and commercial content for our online platforms. You report to the E-Commerce & Online Marketing Manager and work closely together with the Marketing Team and Webshop Team to increase our digital visibility and conversion.
What will you do?
- Analysing and optimising: you assess and analyse visitor figures and translate these insights into concrete improvements to increase our reach and conversion rates
- E-mail marketing and automations: you set up the weekly newsletter according to the content calendar. You develop and optimise marketing automations to improve the customer journey and increase customer loyalty.
- SEO and content optimisation: you add new products to our B2C webshop, optimise product texts and work with our agency on SEO improvements for category pages, blogs and recipes, among others. This way, you ensure that our products are more findable and attractively presented, which contributes to higher conversion.
- Content input: you support the addition and structuring of product information, filling category pages and keeping information pages up-to-date on our new B2B ordering platform for small-business customers.
- Customer contact: during holidays and busy periods, you will support customer service to ensure an optimal customer experience. This is not only valuable for our customers, but also for you: you will gain direct insight into common questions and challenges in the customer journey, which will help you tailor our content and marketing even better to their needs.
What do you bring?
- A completed MBO or HBO education in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics or similar direction
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, internships in the food or marketing sector are a plus
- Creative and curious with a hands-on mentality
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Affinity with online marketing, SEO and content creation
- Good command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, CS Cart and Canva is an advantage
