Assistant store manager

What will you do?

• You are the face of our cheese experience and carry it out. You work in a traditional farmers' cheese shop in traditional old Dutch (Mrs Antje) clothing. Together with your team, you provide our guests with a nice time in the shop and cooperate with all other shop activities to create a 'us feeling' in the shop.
• You coach, facilitate and inspire your team members so that they get the most out of themselves and develop further within the team and the company.
• You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence.
• Together with the store manager, you ensure that all (administrative) shop processes run smoothly.
• By doing the above with dedication, your team achieves results that both you and the company are proud of!

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• has experience in a similar assistant managerial role with partly also administrative tasks or wants to grow towards this
• has excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude, a high sense of responsibility and positive criticism
• can coach, develop, inspire and delegate and knows how to create a positive, energetic setting in which all team members go through fire for each other.
• has a passion for retail and/or gastronomy
• has an eye for commerce, is creative and knows how to take the necessary decisions and implement improvements thanks to his or her analytical view.
• speaks excellent Dutch (or learning Dutch) and English.
• is willing to work regular weekends.

• An excellent, market-based salary within the Food Industry collective labour agreement (€2876 - €3459 gross monthly salary based on 40 hours per week incl 8% adv allowance. Sunday allowance of 50% and travel allowance.
