What will you do as assistant shop manager?

• Together with your team, you offer our guests a great time in the shop and work with all other shop activities to create a "we-feel" in the shop.
• You coach, motivate and inspire your team members to bring out the best in themselves and develop within the team and the company.
• You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence.
• You ensure that you and your team monitor and promote the Cheese & More by Henri Willig business concept.
• Finally, you are the point of contact for colleagues and external parties, you are responsible for a piece of local entrepreneurship and you ensure that all (administrative) purchasing processes run smoothly.

• By implementing the above points with dedication and in your own way, you and your team will achieve results that you and the organisation can be proud of!
  You are co-responsible for the shop's results and are the point of contact for the regional manager and colleagues from other departments.

What are you taking with you?

• You preferably have experience in a similar management position in a company and/or work environment where hospitality plays an important role.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, flexible attitude, great sense of responsibility and a positive critical eye.
• You can coach, develop, inspire and delegate and create a positive, energetic environment where all team members go through fire for each other.
• You have a passion for retail, tourism and delicacies.
• You have an eye for detail, are creative and your analytical approach enables you to make the necessary decisions and improvements.
• You speak excellent German and English.
• You are flexible. You work four or five days and are available on Saturdays for at least two out of four weeks.
