Cheese factory Henri Willig is a fast-growing, independent cheese producer that has been successful in the exclusive cheese segment since 1974. Cheese factory Henri Willig occupies a strong position in the national and international market for Dutch and organic cheese specialities. The total organisation comprises two cheese factories and several of its own shops, and has over 400 employees.

The Logistics Production Assistants are responsible for applying labels to the cheeses. You will work an average of two to three days a week. The working hours are during the day from 07.00 - 16.00 but it can sometimes happen that you are deployed at other times in consultation.

This means that there are weeks on which the employee is not deployed, but there are also weeks (can be) on which the employee will work one or more days. The working hours are between 07.00 and 16.00 on weekdays, but you can also be asked to work a shift between 14.00 and 22.00. It is important that you are prepared to work whole days (please state this in your motivation).

The on-call workers can be deployed from Monday to Friday. We ask for some flexibility but realise that the on-call workers have other commitments. This could be an ideal job for people who are not breadwinners and want to earn some extra money.

What will you do?

  • pasting cheeses (affixing labels)
  • any other necessary work

Your ideal background:

  • experience with routine 'manual work' is an advantage (examples: sorting mail, arranging flowers, bulb peeling or packing)
  • ability to work independently, meticulously and know how to get things done

What do we have to offer you?

  • attractive salary in accordance with job scale 1 of the Dairy CLA, starting with an hourly wage of €13.52 (excluding 8% holiday allowance, 4% end-of-year bonus, 10.7% holiday allowance which are paid monthly)
  • travel expenses reimbursement
  • a job in which you work with fun, dedicated colleagues. Curious what colleagues have to say about working at the Henri Willig Group?
  • a place where every day you deal with a top product that is eaten all over the world
  • the possibility to develop yourself with our own Henri Willig Academy
  • an excellent induction programme by experienced, dedicated colleagues
