Are you following a commercial training at HBO or MBO 3 level? As intern in inside sales, you will learn how to achieve commercial targets in certain customer segments together with colleagues, you will help support the account managers and handle and process orders.
During this sales internship, you will work together with 7 sales inside sales employees , 1 sales support, 1 head inside sales,1 commercial director and 4 Account managers. An enthusiastic sales team within a dynamic organisation, you can so learn a lot!
What will you do?
You will collaborate on market development plans for the wholesale and supermarket market segments
(pro-actively) maintaining customer contact in certain segments to increase sales
Helping to implement and execute campaign actions
Supporting and collaborating with the Account Managers team
Following up on leads from the Account Manager
In addition, you will ensure proper order processing by:
Maintaining customer contact on order processing and any deviations therefrom
Ensuring correct complaint handling
Taking care of after-sales
