What will you do as shop manager at Henri Willig
In this role, you will ensure that visitors not only buy products, but also experience a complete shopping experience.
- You advise customers proactively and sales-oriented about our products.
- You present the product range with enthusiasm through storytelling and let customers taste products.
- You contribute to a neat and tidy shop through cleaning and presentation.
- You restock shelves and assist with checkout tasks and making packages.

- You are enthusiastic, customer-oriented and proactive in your contact with customers.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are an advantage.
- You live in Maastricht or within about 30 minutes' travel time from Maastricht.
- You are physically fit and active during your working day.
The position is also suitable for school pupils and students looking for a first part-time job in retail or hospitality.

- You will receive a competitive salary between €2,660 and €3,224 gross per month based on full-time employment, in accordance with the collective agreement for the food industry, in addition to a travel allowance and 50% allowance on Sundays

Henri Willig is a fast-growing, independent livestock farmer, cheese producer, retailer and exporter that has been successful in the exclusive cheese segment since 1974. Henri Willig has a strong position in the national and international market for Dutch cheese and organic cheese specialities.
