  • Full-time, Part-time

Would you like to lead an experienced internal sales team within an international family-run business renowned for its high-quality cheeses? Are you looking for a role in which you not only manage a team, but also have a real influence on processes, collaboration and the organisation’s continued growth? Then this is your opportunity.

At Henri Willig, you’ll be given the freedom to work alongside an enthusiastic team and the Commercial Director to further professionalise the sales organisation. You’ll combine coaching leadership with process improvement and act as the link between Sales, Logistics, Production and the Supply Chain.

You will lead a team of eight colleagues, report directly to the Commercial Director and form part of a commercial team of thirteen colleagues. You will be given a great deal of freedom to implement improvements and play a key role in the further development of our international sales organisation.

We prefer a 40-hour working week, but 32 or 36 hours are also negotiable.

What are you going to do?

  • To coach, facilitate and inspire your team, and to coordinate the work within the department.
  • You will monitor and optimise the order processing workflow to improve efficiency.
  • You ensure optimal collaboration between the Internal Sales team, Account Management and other departments such as Logistics and Marketing.
  • You will initiate process improvements to optimise the department and the entire supply chain.
  • You act as the Commercial Director’s right-hand person on various projects.
  • Finally, you will also manage a number of clients yourself, which means that – as an expert with hands-on experience – you will be closely involved in day-to-day operations and, together with your team, will maximise the commercial impact for Sales.

What do you bring to the table?

  • HBO level of working and thinking, and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Good command of English (German would be an advantage) and excellent IT skills (experience with Afas would be an advantage).
  • Experience in the (international) FMCG sector is an advantage.
  • An affinity for optimising work processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent coaching, coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What do we offer?

  • An attractive salary starting at €52,000, depending on experience.
  • Good fringe benefits, such as a laptop, mobile phone, pension and travel allowance.
  • The prospect of a permanent position following a successful probationary period.
  • An excellent induction programme led by experienced colleagues.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and scope to take the initiative.
  • Access to our Henri Willig Academy and GoodHabitz for personal development.
