As Store Manager at Cheese & More by Henri Willig in Münster, you will have overall responsibility for a premium retail concept in an international and tourist-oriented setting. You combine your commercial drive and insight with leadership skills, ensuring that the customer experience, service and shop presentation are delivered to a high standard every day. In this role, you will have a direct influence on both the team and the shop’s commercial results (KPIs).
You will work within a stable international family business where quality, respect for people, animals and nature and personal attention are key. What will you do as store manager in Münster
- You are responsible for the daily management of the shop and the team, focusing on guest experience, quality and commercial results.
- Together with your team, you create a professional, warm working atmosphere in which cooperation, ownership and fun are central.
- You coach and develop employees, encourage them to take responsibility and ensure stable staffing, also during your absence.
- You actively monitor and promote the Cheese & More by Henri Willig concept to guests, colleagues and external partners.
- You are the point of contact for local collaborations, suppliers and internal departments and contribute to local entrepreneurship within clear frameworks.
- You manage results (e.g. turnover, service and team development) and report to the regional manager.
By fulfilling this role professionally and in your own way, you and your team will build a shop where quality, hospitality and pride come together.
What do you bring with you as store manager
We are looking for a store manager who
- has experience in a managerial position within retail, hospitality or a similar guest-oriented environment
- has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys taking responsibility;
- can coach, develop and motivate people, while being clear and decisive;
- has a passion for retail, tourism and premium food, and knows how to convey this as a ;brand ambassador - in shop and in cooperation with marketing;
- thinks analytically and commercially and recognises and implements improvement opportunities;
- speaks fluent German and English (an additional language is an advantage);
- is prepared to work flexibly within a fixed shop schedule. You will work four or five days a week within opening hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
