As Store Manager at Cheese && More by Henri Willig, you’re the one who brings it all together. You ensure the shop runs smoothly, the team works well together, and every customer leaves feeling satisfied.
You’ll be given the freedom to take the initiative, help people develop and achieve commercial results together with your team. Not by following a strict set of rules, but through a sense of ownership, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
This will be your shop
From the first colleague to arrive to the last guest to leave: you’ll be keeping an eye on everything.
- You lead the shop team on a daily basis and ensure an energetic, professional working atmosphere.
- You make the guest experience and service a priority every day.
- You coach staff and help them develop in their roles.
- You safeguard the image and quality of the Cheese && More concept.
- You focus on turnover, service, quality and team development.
- You identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
- You maintain contact with local partners, suppliers and internal teams.
- You ensure the shop continues to run smoothly even in your absence.

- You have experience as a manager in retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment.
- You have a commercial mindset and an instinct for what motivates customers.

- You have a flair for presentation, service and premium retail.
- You enjoy working in an international, tourist-oriented environment.
- You have a good command of German and English. An additional language would be an advantage.
- You are flexible enough to work four or five days a week within the shop’s opening hours of 10.00 to 20.00.
Here’s what you’ll get from us
€2,879 – €4,244 gross per month for full-time work, depending on your experience.

About Henri Willig
Henri Willig is a rapidly growing, independent livestock farmer, cheese producer, retailer and exporter that has been successful in the premium cheese segment since 1974. Henri Willig holds a strong position in the national and international markets for Dutch cheese and organic cheese specialities. The organisation as a whole comprises a livestock farm, two cheese dairies, 39 shops, a Grand Café and an online shop.
At Henri Willig, we actively invest in the development of our staff. Through our Henri Willig Academy, we offer in-house training programmes to enhance knowledge and skills. In addition, we collaborate with GoodHabitz&to provide access to external courses and training programmes, so that everyone can grow both personally and professionally.
