What will you do as shop manager?

In this branch manager position, you will combine leadership with operational involvement on the shop floor.

- You manage the shop team and coach employees so that they develop and do their work with confidence.
- You ensure strong sales results and a pleasant shopping experience, because commercial success and hospitality go hand in hand.
- You plan schedules, manage stock and organise daily operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently.
- You monitor sales, targets and KPIs, making timely adjustments where necessary.
- You work actively on the shop floor and remain visible to customers and colleagues.
- You liaise with head office and think along with them about improvements, so that processes and results continue to grow.
