As a sales assistant at Cheese & More by Henri Willig in Haarlem, you will work in an international retail environment where you will introduce visitors to premium cheeses and delicacies. You will advise customers, provide tastings and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience where personal contact is key. In this position, you will work weekly weekends combined with 1-2 days flexible during the week.

What will you do as a salesperson in Haarlem?
In this role, you will ensure that visitors not only buy a product, but also have a fun and welcoming shopping experience.
- You advise customers proactively and sales-oriented about our products.
- You present the range and our story with enthusiasm through storytelling and let customers taste our premium cheeses.
- You contribute to a neat and tidy shop by performing cleaning and support tasks.
- You will restock shelves and support checkout tasks, make packages and prepare cheese for tasting tables.
- You will be a brand ambassador in the shop and, if you like, can contribute content for social media and promotional campaigns.
Who are you?
For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from customer contact and enjoys being active.
- You are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, proactive and enjoy working with colleagues.
- You have a good command of English; other languages are a plus in this international retail environment.
- You live in Haarlem, Amsterdam or within about 30 minutes' travel time from Haarlem Central Station.
- You are in good physical condition and enjoy being active during your working day.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or retail is a plus, but not essential.
