What will you do as shop manager at Henri Willig
In this role, you will ensure that visitors not only buy products, but also experience a complete shopping experience.
- You advise customers proactively and sales-oriented about our products.
- You present the product range with enthusiasm through storytelling and let customers taste products.
- You contribute to a neat and tidy shop through cleaning and presentation.
- You restock shelves and assist with checkout tasks and making packages.
This position suits candidates who derive energy from customer contact and working in a dynamic retail environment.

- You are enthusiastic, customer-oriented and proactive in your contact with customers.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are an advantage.
- You live in Maastricht or within about 30 minutes' travel time from Maastricht.
- You are physically fit and active during your working day.
The position is also suitable for school pupils and students looking for a first part-time job in retail or hospitality.

You’ll be offered a flexible part-time role in a premium international retail environment with opportunities for development.
- You will receive a competitive salary of between €2,660 and €3,224 gross per month on a full-time basis, in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the food industry, plus a travel allowance and a 50% Sunday bonus
- You’ll be working alongside enthusiastic and committed colleagues.
- You’ll have a part-time job that’s easy to combine with school, university or other work.
- You’ll receive a comprehensive induction programme, even if you have no prior experience.

For school pupils and students, we pay fixed gross hourly rates including a 25.3% holiday allowance.

About Henri Willig
Henri Willig is a rapidly growing, independent livestock farmer, cheese producer, retailer and exporter that has been successful in the premium cheese segment since 1974. Henri Willig holds a strong position in the national and international markets for Dutch cheese and organic cheese specialities.
