As an All-round Employee Packaging in Heerenveen, you will work in a modern production environment where you will be responsible for processing and packaging premium cheeses. You will contribute to various steps in the production process, from processing to shipping, and ensure that products meet the set quality requirements.
You will work at an international family company known for artisanal cheeses and continuous investment in production and development. Within a team of about 25 colleagues, you will work in a structured environment with varied work and opportunities to progress to an operator position.
What will you do
In this role, you will collaborate in the production process and ensure that cheeses are correctly processed, checked and shipped.
- You will carry out tasks such as peeling, plasticising and turning cheeses so that they are correctly handled in the process.
- You band and label cheeses so that products are ready for sale and distribution.
- You paraffinise and pack cheeses both manually and via automated lines.
- You perform visual final checks to guarantee the quality of the cheeses.
- You process production data administratively in the ERP system for correct recording.
- You prepare cheeses on boxes and assist with logistic operations such as order picking.
- You clean machines, equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
