Entrepreneur of the year municipality of Waterland

Entrepreneurial Waterland has named our director Wiebe Willig Entrepreneur of the Year. A wonderful boost for our family business Henri Willig, where, with more than 500 passionate colleagues in three countries, we bring the tastiest cheese to consumers worldwide every day. The innovative cheese maker from Katwoude was praised by the jury for his strong entrepreneurship with guts, vision and perseverance.
His contribution to the local economy and community, pioneering role in sustainability and focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction were also praised by the reviewers.
Managing director Wiebe Willig expressed his delight at this regional accolade and dedicated the award to all the company's 500-plus employees.
