The Quality team is responsible for maintaining, improving and securing the quality system with regard to food safety, food quality, working conditions and environmental care. As a result, Henri Willig has all the necessary certifications to be able to sell our cheeses even in countries with the strictest regulations.
In collaboration with the Henri Willig Academy, Quality ensures that all colleagues are trained in the field of Quality, Working Conditions and Environment so that quality thinking at all layers of the organisation have the highest priority. This is reflected in our premium cheeses!
