Are you currently working in construction, installation engineering, manufacturing or a technical role, and are you ready for a new challenge? If so, the food and dairy industry offers a surprising number of opportunities.

At Henri Willig Cheese Factory, we’re regularly looking for people with technical insight, a sense of responsibility and a hands-on approach to work. The skills you use every day as a carpenter, mechanic, fitter, electrician, plumber or construction worker are also extremely valuable in modern food production.

Through our work-based learning and training programmes, you can develop into an Apprentice Cheese Maker, Cheese Factory Operator or Processing Line Operator. You’ll learn a future-proof trade, work with modern equipment and contribute daily to the production of high-quality Dutch cheeses.

Experience in the food sector is not essential. Motivation, technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are often more important than your current profession.
